4 Stars only because I don't give 5s. The stuff looks great and they got it to me promptly. Everything is very heavy duty. The shower head could kill you if it was to fall off and hit you in the head but I know that it won't becuse all the support mechanisms are very sturdy.

Quality parts and fast shipment. The shipping costs are excessive. I ordered two small spindles ($15 each) three inches long and paid $13.99 for shipping. I feel it should have been a lot less for shipping.

Very good shipping time. I like products, bolts for doors, but finish seems to rub off.

There have been times when the shipping is quite slow, or times when you aren't notifies of something being on backorder for weeks. However, I have been fairly pleased with the finishes and overall quality of the pieces I have received from Van Dyke's.
