Products are great. However, it is very difficult to return some products and get a refund.

Shipping too high .15 year customer.quality of product has gone down hill but price has gone way up.

Well, first the items I ordered were hinges for kitchen cabinets that myself and customer service went over sizes on. Then the product was shipped from another company! They still did not fit my cabinets and had to be returned! That was the hassle! Eventually it was done, but the total shipping to have them sent to me and returned to the other company was extremely expensive and was way more then the total of the hinges themselves which was very frustrating to us! For sure we'll check on al this before placing an order next time!!

Some of the product shipped had been opened previously. Two of those latches had very rough movement, and continue to be an irritant on my project.

I love VanDykes products and have had fairly good experiences with ordering, however, returns are another issue. I tried cancelling an order less than 12 hrs. after placing it and was told one of two items was already in processing. I received both items and then had to pay $100 out of pocket to ship them. After two months of repeated emails and calls going in the same circles with no notes of the last 10x it reached out, I finally let my credit card deal with processing my credit for the return.
