Ordered three corbels. One was broken. I called customer service. They told me to email a pic. I did. I did not receive a response. I had to call to find out status. Rep said to email again, to start the process. Still haven’t received an email of an update.

The rust cabinet pulls aren't that attractive, probably won't be using them. However, the brass casters are VERY nice, and work well with our antique rocking chair.

Every time I place an order with Van Dyke's, the postage costs the same or more than the product. One $8.00 key cost me $8.13 in "shipping and handling costs." Whassup wid dat? You'd think they could pop it in an envelope and send it USPS for a buck or two.

Did not send what was ordered.

I sent an email about a product that did not fit, and asked if there was an option to return. I was 2 days over the 30 day return date due to the Christmas holiday. I was told there is no way to return it and was offered no other discussion or option. I would expect at least a bit more of a conversation about this. I am unlikely to purchase from you again.

Some of my orders have been backordered for months.Quality and price seem to be a bit missmatched for the products I've ordered.Otherwise dealing with Van Dykes Restorers is easy.

The product was very good and what we had hoped for. There was a 5 month backorder on 75% of the product, however, which wasn't communicated very well. (When the order was placed the website said that the product was in stock). That set our project back by quite a bit. An email from the company would have been appreciated. I called Van Dyke's for info but they offered no more that a possible delivery date. Returning the 25% of the product already received would have been at our expense.

I ordered a pair of wrought iron shelf brackets. I was not told at the time of ordering that they were on back order. After speaking with customer service the shipping charges were waived but it still took over 45 days for the brackets to arrive. Nice product but a long wait.
