I recently ordered Stair Decor Brackets, and mistakenly ordered wrong size. Returned w/no problem & sent the correct size w/$$ adjustment! As a home-builder/Historic restoration contractor, I've ordered many items over the years, all to satisfaction! Good folks!

I ordered grab bars for the shower. Solid brass with a soft nickel finish. They are very high quality and well worth the price versus inexpensive bigbox store products that don't last or declare what metal they are made of.

High quality products and exceptional service. My order was lost in shipping during a major snowstorm. I contacted Van Dyke's customer service group to try to track it down. Next thing I know they are sending me another order to replace the lost order at no cost. You seldom find this kind of quality and service.

We have recommend Van Dyke’s to friends. We’re really happy with our drawer pulls & cabinet knobs. They shipped very timely, well packaged.
