service good quality only fair foreign made

Products were as advertised, arrived well packed and undamaged in a short time. What else can you ask for?

I was impressed with Customer service. But I didn't realize that my products where coming from another state and company name. My bank card was cancelled. When I realized it was Van Dykes I had to mail them a check. They where super about the mess. I'm hoping they mention where products are coming from with new customers.

great products, fast shipping

It's Good, but you can be better, I have in my first purchase I had some problems, especially in the payment method where it could not be done.

The product I ordered{table legs) was not in stock and had to be back ordered. Delivery was somewhat later than promised. The quality was good but required a little work on my part to achieve a proper fit of the parts.

service was great to order. BUT service is poor if u want to return them. to pay a $16 restock fee is nasty. I needed to return and order something else BUT I will not pay that fee. Its a rip off. what I ordered does not work for my house. I will shop someplace else from now on. TY Mary Maloy

Ordering was easy, question answered satisfactorily and delivery was quick. One item was not as ordered (black finish instead of rust). I could still use it so it wasn't a big deal, but I subtracted one star because of this.
