We bought wall mount Spigot
We bought wall mount Spigot. We didn’t know they were two different lengths on the spout. The one we got was too long, and to buy the shorter one cost almost as much as the whole spigot

We rae a woodworking company and have…Urgent need to improve your catalog
We rae a woodworking company and have ordered library stairs parts from you several times. The parts numbers are so confusing to both us and the sales person that we have not gotten the correct parts on any of our orders. This is not due to the person taking the order as much as it is the way the parts are numbered and displayed in your catalog. I've seen many suppliers that we deal with improving their catalogs but through all the years we have ordered from you I have seen no improvement to make it simpler for the consumer. The last time we needed stair parts we ordered from someone else.

Delivery delay???
I’ve received at least two marketing e-mails but half of my order has still not been delivered. We’ve passed the delivery date, and I’ve only received 2 if 8 items without any explanation. Please don’t send any more junk ads until you’ve at least completed my order!

Poor quality
I initially did not want to leave this review, but you kept emailing me to respond. I ordered two "Restorers Steel 5/32 Inch Pin Skeleton Key Item #: 02307585" These are supposed to have a 5/32" hole drilled in them. The keys arrived with a 1/8" hole. Normally I would have just drilled it out to the larger size, but the hole was drilled off-center (not concentric). Both keys were drilled incorrectly and both keys had the hole drilled in a different place, which indicates that no fixture was used to drill the holes and someone just winged-it resulting in un-usable keys. The keys were made in India and the quality is very low. I contacted Van Dyke and they indicated that they knew that this was a problem with other customers. They agreed to ship two more keys. They said they would double check the keys before shipping. Good. The new keys arrived and the packages had been opened indication someone had inspected them. Both keys also had the incorrect 1/8" hole, and both holes were drilled off center. In the end, I was able to make 2 working keys out of the four shipped, but because of the holes being drilled so off-center, they barely work and certainly don't look very good.

Nice products..
Nice products... But I needed to return an order due to the fact that it was the wrong size (my mistake); Lady told me that the instructions would be in my e mail. Day after day, nothing came in my e mail... Seems like poor service to me

Purchased two antique "looking" brass…
Purchased two antique "looking" brass handles. They arrived on time but are as thin as any I was hoping to avoid and for the superior price of over $20 each including shipping. From Taiwan. Come on, sell your products honestly.

My last order was not a pleasant one
My last order was not a pleasant one. I always order the Carpe Diem knobs and pulls. When I placed the order, the website said "in stock". I went ahead and had my cabinet repainted and all hardware removed. I was not informed that they only had two of the pulls in stock and the others were on backorder and would be delayed. I had to contact Van Dyke myself to learn that they were delayed for three or more weeks. It took three or more weeks before I could get my hardware. It was very inconvenient trying to use the cabinet. When the knobs finally arrived, they were all bent and had to be hammered straight to make them useable. On my ordered before that, I ordered the Carpe Diem knobs and backplates with the crystals in them. One of the crystals is missing. Shouldn't happen when you pay that much for a know.
