cant get my issue resolved. going on 2 months now.

One small gasket ($20 item) broke on my tub faucet (that I had purchased from VD's in 2000). But, because VDs no longer works with that vendor anymore, I had to buy an entirely new faucet for over $300. Their offer of free shipping was the best the would do. Buyers beware....if you purchase something from VD's and they discontinue working with that vendor, you will not be able to get parts to fix a small issue and you'll be forced to buy a whole new item. They will not offer you a discount either.

Still waiting for a refund on hardware I returned back in November 2017. I get an auto reply to my emails but they never follow up.

Many issues recivee wrong orders customer service was horrible took many many calls to straighten things out definitely not recommend

Great product but they kill you with the shipping: For example I attempted to buy 2 small hinges @$2.25 each they wanted to charge me $11.00 for shipping. Absolutely ridiculous and I stopped buying from them.
