If I could have left no stars I would have. Although the people I dealt with for the most part were pleasant, they are basically an answering service and don’t really have any knowledge of the product they carry. Response time was awful. It took me two months of calling once a week to get one door handle and then it didn’t have the correct parts, which took another few weeks. I finally had to deal with the product manufacturer directly to resolve the last issue. Also, they put a hold on my credit card three times for one door handle. I will avoid dealing with this company in the future

it takes too many calls to get it right

Terrible Customer Service I have called 3x over a period of 1 month attempting to get the $ for my exchange returned. I have been promised each time my refund would be coming, and it is still not. The phone representatives are kind and helpful each time, but their promises amount to nothing.

Company has incorrect instructions on their webpage and in catalog for ordering special curved glass. Completely ignored two mailed orders with detailed information as requested in their instructions (which couldn't be completed on line). Did nothing until I blasted them on line. Finally must have hit the right combination, and got the glass. The glass was fine. Too bad they won't just give you the number of someone to talk tol.

You do not go by the templet

I ordered polished brass casters and received badly damaged and gouged ones and requested replacements. I sent a detailed message with the request explaining why I wanted new casters. The replacements that I received were also badly gouged and not much use, despite how expensive they were. When the request for replacement was filled I was charged for the cost of the new casters and then reimbursed for that same amount but I had little warning that this would happen and there being insufficient funds in the account an overdraft fee of $33 was incurred. I did not feel inclined to pursue further action as I had already suffered enough damage from the previous transactions.

We were repeatedly shipped broken items, and items were missing from the order. The customer service is horrible, and you will not be able to speak to a manager, or even the same customer service representative if you call their number. One item was discontinued, and they didn't tell us, simply shipped without it and said they'd look into it after pestering them several times (they never did).
