Firstly, we would like to offer our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience we may have caused you. We did currently move to the corporate office in South Carolina earlier this year in March. We now have all new systems and all new Customer Service Representatives. Customer service is important and we always appreciate the opportunity to address any dissatisfaction with our products and service.
