The screws with a brass latch I ordered turned out to be cheap aluminum and broke off in the wood. Some knobs I ordered were not what I expected and tried via email to return them and still haven't received a valid response (days of customer service not responding, then thinking they spoke to me but didn't write down my return request, then again not responding to email). I will not be ordering or recommending this place again.

I cannot express how disappointed I am in the service I have recieved. I wish there were a way to rate this even lower. My order is 30 days late, after a promise I would get it within 7 days when I ordered. Turns out they were in the middle of moving everything. No mention of that or that there would be a delay because of it. When I called to ask about the order, several diffenent times over the next 3 weeks, I got several different stories regarding the status, promises that it would ship within the next couple of days. Different people had their version of what was going on, some not even related to the move. According to one person it was at the new facility (a week after ordering), a couple days later another person tells me it has not left S. Dakota location yet. One person spent 5 minutes telling me how she believes in telling the truth, but was new and did not know where the order was. Then tried to talk to me about religion. Its been 30 days now. They promise it will go out Monday and they will express ship it and not charge me shipping. Little compensation for the hassle, loss in time and money on my end as I could not finish a project on time. I don't know if their move will improve customer service as they say, and I seriously doubt that I will ever have the opportunity to find out. This is my last dealing with them.

Horrible experience! I placed an order on 2/14/18. The woman who took the order kept getting the address wrong and took forever to place the order. Sure enough, after 8 days, I called and she wrote the wrong house number and spelled the name of the town wrong. I called 2/22/18 and was told we would get a replacement in "24-48 hours". Again, nothing. Called again 3/7/18 and spoke to Melissa; again told we would receive the order in "24-48 hours". Again, nothing! I was so annoyed and frustrated; absolutely awful service. Sure enough, after being lied to again, I had to call on 3/15/18 and spoke to Skyler at a new call center. It appeared, finally, that we might get this dam order. She told us that we would get a confirmation email when I hung up with her. That did not happen until a few days later and finally, yesterday 3/21/18, we received the order. That was 35 days!, frustration! phone call after phone call !and lies. I can tell you this was the worst experience ever and an absolutely unacceptable way for a company to conduct business.

I have been missing part of a month old order. Can't access my on line order via website. Called several times, employees emailed even more. Every customer service representative promises to resolve and then they never do. They don't communicate status or seem to do anything to help. Lip service and that's all.

Shipped a defective product. I returned it and they agreed to immediately ship a replacement. They have not done this and have been giving me the run around.

Too expensive...Cane and Reed sells same items for almost half the price.

I ordered a door spindle of a specific length and width. The spindle I received was too long by half an inch and unusably narrower than specified. For this I was billed $8.15 plus $7.99 shipping. I returned the spindle and requested a full refund. My credit card has now been refunded the grand total of 16 cents. Huh?
