Coming from NY to Bethesda on Sunday afternoon all the passengers probably got a cold. The temperature inside the bus was freezing with the AC so high and the bus driver told us that he set it on 74 but wasn't working... we cough and sneeze the four hours of the trip. Couldn't he just put if off for some time? The service is usually the best I've known. Always on time, professional and responsible drivers, nice buses and a good price. And also a very friendly web page with excellent customer service. if the weather is so beautiful, why do we have to wear jackets and feel like it's winter inside the buses?

From the moment I arrived at the stop, the professionalism of the staff and driver was extraordinary. The bus was very comfortable. Each leather seat had a tray table and power. There was plenty of legroom. The bottle of water and newspaper was a plus. I'm looking forward to riding with Vamoose again.

I travel between Bethesda and NYC frequently and have never had any complaints traveling with Vamoose. The drivers are always safe, courteous and make the trips as timely as possible. Fellow passengers are also just as polite. I strongly recommend Vamoose :)

We have had nothing but great experiences...we'd use it much more if they had more frequent/convenient stops in Lorton. All of us who live south of the city (all the way to Fredericksburg) are hoping for this!

The Vamoose Bus, especially the gold bus, is a GREAT alternative to both the shuttle and to Amtrak. It's very well organized -- no sense that someone will jump ahead of you in line; it's fast; it's clean; both of my recent trips took less than 4-1/4 hours. The other passengers were respectful -- no one spoke too loudly in person or on the phone. The drivers were pleasant and competent. I would do it again in a minute.

The driver on the 6:00 Bethesda to NYC bus was great. I had a terrible experience with another bus company about a year ago with a bus driver who was falling asleep on the highway and have been afraid to take a bus again. Your driver was so pleasant, careful and professional. Wish I had gotten his name. Would be ready to take every trip on his bus!

Very convenient and courteous. HOWEVER there was no reading light available for my return evening trip. Not sure if things were broken or a policy but its absence was not good

So far I've been on more than half a dozen round trips to New York from Rosslyn this year. Always on time, and service is excellent. But please ban telephone calls. If calls are a must, maybe allow in the first 15 minutes and last 15 minutes of the trip. Rest of the time everyone should be limited to texting only. There is always one or more persons talking much longer than necessary, some even conducting long business meetings! If you can do this it will be great for all Vamoose passengers, and you will be unique and even more popular.
