I ordered a couch on 10/04/2022, and never got my order! I was jerked around for six months, every time I checked with them regarding my order I was told to wait until the "end of the month". All communication was via texts and emails. When calling provided phone number, after a short message I got disconnected, never reached a person! End of March 2023 I canceled my order and never received a refund!! I was sent an email, that "merchant account was unknown" , and I should file a dispute with my bank! Where did my payment end up??? This company is a total fraud, ripping people off! Received response from company, please read below .. always the same BS, "your order wasn't found", generated response , like others who wrote complaints about this fraudulent Company. Be aware and DO NOT order from Valyou Furniture!!!!

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! My review is like many of the others. My couch never came, I cancelled my order and they stole my $1,400. I spoke with their customer service over the course of months and was told repeatedly to contact my bank to dispute. I'm pretty sure this is illegal. It got to the point where customer service stopped responding to my messages whenever I would bring up the fact that they still had my money. This is the worst experience I've ever had with any company. I hope they get sued soon.

I am sick to my stomach because I am out thousands of dollars and no one seems to care. I thought it was fishy when they told me to dispute through my bank and now I see that they tell this to everyone. My fiance and I moved to our new home August 2022. Original purchase date July 29, 2022- we were aware that no matter where we ordered we would most likely have to wait. However a 1 month wait turned it to over half a year. I got fed up and finally canceled January 9, 2023. Immediately reached out to my bank to get the process going. However months later, my bank is saying they have never heard back from valyou furniture. On top of the money lost, I had to buy new furniture adding to the thousands already spent. Thankfully the new company kept their word and I have received my items. I just want my money back. It will be useful for me any my family. No one has called to apologize or give an explanation why it is taking so long. Order #VF4674 I would like my money back immediately. Please beware and NEVER purchase from them. The sales associates are horrible, customer service is horrible and apparently so is the quality. I will be filing a lawsuit and have reached out to the BBB

This company is a scam, they must be paying the credit card companies with stolen funds. I don't know how else they would still be in business. Any charge from this company should immediately be flagged as fraudulent. VFM 39824

They steal your money! We bought a sofa last year that never arrived. After speaking with supervisors multiple times we were granted a refund. The refund never came. Every time we called to complain they told us to MAKE A CLAIM WITH THE BANK if we wanted our money bank. We reported them to better business bureau and they didn’t even bother to respond to that. BEWARE!!!! I spent $1672 on September 2022 and they never provided updates on delivery ETA, 6+ months later I finally canceled order on April 2023 and was told via text by Valyou that I need to dispute the charge through our credit card company. THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY.

This company is a scam. We’ve been waiting for 6+ months for our furniture. We requested a refund and they told us we’d need to dispute the charge through our credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Response to Valyou reply: Please email for follow up if you intend to fix this and actually give us our refund and I will revise my review appropriately.

Ordered the feathers sectional on Black Friday 2022. It is now April 2023 and I have just gotten a letter from my bank approving the refund for the sofa because Valyou wouldn’t issue a refund so we had to dispute it with the bank. I do not recommend this company. I waited months for the sofa to ship and every time I would email them and ask for an update they would say “check back in a week or two” and so then I’d check back later and I’d get the same answer. I finally got fed up waiting and asked to cancel the sofa. They said they don’t work with my bank and can’t issue a refund and we’d have to dispute it. It took several more months to actually get my money back. I do think the actual company is legit and that if you wait long enough you probably will get the product you ordered but I don’t think as a company they have the capacity to keep up with demand and they are just taking peoples money as “preorders” instead of just marking the product as sold out and waiting to reopen sales when they’ve caught up on current orders. They need to be upfront if a couch is going to take 6 or more months to be shipped and delivered.
