Good stuff honestly.

We purchased the feathers sectional. It took me a long time to pull the trigger on our purchase because of all the bad reviews and I have never bought this expensive of furniture but it was way worth it. I made the purchase on a Friday and it was delivered the following Tuesday. The reviews are either spam or someone has it out for Valyou. Either way I had a great experience from purchase to delivery. I was contacted and kept up to date via text and email about my order status the whole time. Elliot and Gilbert delivered my furniture. They were fantastic and I hope others get the opportunity to have them deliver. Elliot sent me a text with a 30 minute heads up that they would arrive and he was right on time. If you’re on the edge, I recommend you go for it and make the purchase! Thank you Valyou for the awesome piece of furniture and your amazing team!

Amazing! I purchased a kitchen table and chairs at Valyou furniture, the quality to value ratio is high and I’m totally happy with the purchase. From the moment I placed the order for a sofa until the moment I got it, Valyou was there to answer any questions and they responded in a timely fashion. I was surprised that I didn’t have to wait too long to get it. The delivery people were pleasant to work with as well! I love the sofa and it fits great in my den.

I must say that I recommend Valyou to EVERYONE that I know! It started with visiting ValYou store nearby LA Chinatown. The sales rep Spencer Fleet was truly the best salesperson that I have ever experienced so far (I am a salesman myself). He was not only very honest and straightforward with all of Pros and Cons of sofas but also went over the limit to PROVE what he was saying. My wife, quite a realistic person, heard Spencer say that “you can literally jump up and down on the sofa and all you need to do is gentle single fluff and it will be back to new condition.” Of course, my wife carefully asked him to jump as aggressive as he could. To my surprise, Spencer actually did it! And what he said was true!! With all of infos provided, we gladly was able purchase it with confidence. And the delivery was right on spot! Elliot And Hilbert were the drivers. They contacted me constantly to make sure where they are at so that we could feel at ease. Although their obligation was the curbside drop-off, they were more than happy to help us out by bring in the sofa to our living room :) All delivery and carry process was done with care and professionalism. Please send much love to them. They truly were a great team from the beginning to the end :)
