This was my first time buying a couch and I did a lot of research and settled on this company. The quality and value seemed nearly too good to be true. I even had to change my shipping address and this was the first time I have ever had such quick and caring communication. Even with a small delay- communication was always on point and the driver even unpacked and set up my couch for me. Loved everything about this company and the couch itself is amazing!
