Beautiful sofa - excellent service and delivery
I purchased the feathers sofa after looking forever! I found them on instagram and impulsively made the purchase before checking for reviews. After the purchase, I started reading reviews and became nervous because I read so many that were negative. Fast forward to three days post purchase, the sofa was delivered without issue. I sought confirmation via online chat and email and they were very prompt and professional. The sofa is just beautiful and exactly as pictured online. We love it.

Happy with my purchase
My friend recommended I check out this site for a new couch and I’m very happy with my purchase! I bought it on a Friday and it was delivered Monday morning during the specified delivery window. Elliott and Gilbert were great, and super quick with set up. I bought the feathers sectional and it’s comfy

Shipment arrived in 5 days
Shipment arrived in 5 days. Ordered 2 of the Feather Sectionals, 1 left return and 1right return. Drivers arrived right on time, they texted me a few times, each time letting me know how far they were out. The couches were well protected inside the shipping boxes. And….the couches are so comfortable. I was looking to purchase couches for about 2 weeks but the prices were outrageous. Until, I found Valyou prices were very reasonable. They even offered free shipping. That sealed the deal.
