We purchased a sofa, the feathers sectional, from Valyou based on reviews online, after relocating to the US from Australia. It is very comfortable and suits our space perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

Throughout the entire process, the team was communicative and transparent, letting me know what they were doing and answering any questions I had. They also made sure to clean up after themselves, leaving my home just as tidy as they found it. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the sofa delivery and installation experience. The team was professional, skilled, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done to my satisfaction. We had a great experience with Valyou from beginning to end. Spencer, the rep at the DTLA showroom, was incredibly helpful and patient with us and helped us pick out a several items for our new apartment. Then our interactions with the Customer Service and Dispatch team (Ella Rose and Tonette) were all very positive. Finally, the delivery team Elliot and Gilbert were amazing; they communicated well and moved everything into our desired rooms really quickly.

I don’t understand the negative reviews for this company. My experience was amazing, I had constant communication from a representative before I even finished placing my order and periodically leading up to delivery. The staff were respectful & transparent. My couch came on the exact date that I requested it to be delivered . I had no issues whatsoever and would highly recommend.

The guys Cameron and Scott did a great job with communication before the delivery and was very helpful in getting the couches to the front door and they were very professional

I have bought multiple furniture items from Valyou and I have never been disappointed. I ordered the feathers chair recently and received it within 3 days of ordering. The delivery team, specifically Cameron and Scott, were very kind and helped me move the furniture inside. I’m not sure how this company gets negative reviews at all - I’ve had nothing but exceptional customer service. From placing an order through delivery, they have exceptional service.

I love my sofa it is super comfortable

This is the most beautiful couch I have ever purchased over 50 years.....the style, comfort and fabric are so very nice....love it, that's why I ordered it all the way from california when I live in illinois...nothing here like it...just beautiful I love it.
