Cameron and Gilbert made the delivery experience a breeze! They were kind, communicative, prompt, and very quick. They were in and out within ~15 minutes. I didn't have to lift a finger and they handled everything with professionalism. Best delivery experience. Thanks for making this so smooth, guys!

I’m not sure why so many people had a terrible time with Valyou but I ordered my feather couch on 4/30/23 & it was delivered 5/5/23. I fell in love with this couch back when I lived in Hawaii and went to their showroom. The couch is so soft and I love the low profile! Will be using again!

Love my new sofa! Great customer services and delivery was smooth. I hope to do business again in the future.

Jerry and Scott made my day! Their professionalism and customer service is unmatched. Not to mention how personable and kind they are! They both went above and beyond to make sure I got my couch delivered in a timely manner, handled it with care and had the thoughtfulness making sure we placed it exactly where I wanted it to be. They believe in this brand and had me feeling even more reassured that I made the right choice when going with Valyou! 10/10 service!

We had a great overall experience with Valyou from beginning to end. We went to the showroom in Downtown LA to get a feel for the feathers couch and Stasi was extremely helpful and friendly! She helped us get set up for our purchase and answered all our questions. If you live in LA, I highly recommend going to the showroom and buying directly from them, as it was a much more personal experience. As for the delivery, we couldn't be happier! We ordered the couch on Tuesday and by Friday it was already here. Jerry and Scott were honestly amazing! They were so nice and went out of their way to make sure the couch fit properly and was set up correctly. The feathers sectional 110" so far looks amazing and is so comfortable! We really like the fabric and overall feel of it. We had spent over a month looking for a cloud like sofa and even had a bad experience with a different company where we had to do a return. So getting the Valyou sectional so quickly and with such good customer support, was a big relief!

Fabulous furniture at an amazing price! We were looking for a soft, comfortable sectional to become our home base for movie nights and the Feathers sectional and ottoman delivered on all fronts! Delivery was quick and easy and now we are enjoying our new furniture everyday.

After viewing the website, I placed my order that same day and received my couch the very next day! Talk about great service! This place is the real deal! I absolutely LOVE my couch; super comfortable and perfect for my apartment! The delivery crew, Scott and Jerry are both one of a kind! They were very proficient, friendly, insightful, patient and professional! You’ll be blessed to have these 2 young men deliver your furniture! They made me laugh and smile the entire time and got the job done so quickly! May God bless them! I certainly will be ordering more items soon! If you’re thinking about getting furniture here, DO IT! You won’t regret it!

I love my couch so much! Shipping was so fast. I have gotten so many compliments on it. Im glad i went for it, super happy with my purchase.
