We regret that there has been a delay in your order, Christopher. Orders on the waiting list do carry a higher risk of delay as we await stock to arrive in our warehouse. According to our records, despite the delays, we shipped your orders as soon as we had them available and at no additional charge to you. Your pending item is currently with the carrier. They attempted delivery on June 14th, but it was unsuccessful for reasons we're still investigating. We are working with the carrier to get the details and ensure re-delivery at no extra cost to you. We understand how frustrating this can be and appreciate your patience.
