Valyōu FurnitureReviews of valyoufurniture.com

Cameron and Jerome delivered the sofa. They called before and made sure we were ready for them. Delivery was fast and skillful. No damage to the room. They were both extremely polite and professional. The sofa is exactly what I was hoping for. The material is soft on the skin and the seating area is cushy. I felt it was a risk to buy this online but I am so glad I did.

Jerry and Scott are the phenomenal! Both went out of their way to set up my new couch and had the best attitudes about it. Definitely a huge diffentiatiin between Valypu’s competition. Very poor experiences with other vendors and did not expect this at all. Thanks Jerry and. Scott!

Everyone I worked with at Valyou was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Special shout out to the delivery - Ryanz&cenk - for an incredible delivery and for my going above and beyond to help me get the couch into my apt and helping me build it.

Cameron and Gilbert were extremely professional and patient while delivering my couch I was flying in from Chicago and they were not only willing to wait for the leasing office of my building to open to let them but they also provided pictures afterwards and were very responsive with any questions I had.

This is the 2nd time we ordered from Valyou - we moved into a bigger home so added a 4 person seater and a single chair to our sectional set and it looks amazing! This was also the 2nd time we had RyanZB (Ryan) deliver for us and he even remembered us from the first time! Talk about exceptional delivery service! Valyou hopefully knows what an amazing delivery service they have, he works extra hard and goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are happy! Thank you for another great delivery Ryan!

Dorian and Gilbert were amazing. Dorian called ahead of their arrival to let me know that they would be there in 20 minutes which was really helpful cause I was at work and was able to leave during my lunch and arrive at my home on-time for the delivery. Both of them were efficient and were able to carry my items up a flight of stairs and into my home with ease. Gilbert and Dorian also assembled it in less than 10 minutes which was amazing. Dorian educated me on the return policy and the different couch cover options that Valyou had which I didn’t know about! I really appreciate their service and would def recommend the company for them alone.

Just got my couch delivered by Jerry and Scott from the Valyou team, who went above and beyond in helping me get the boxes into my apartment. They were punctual and communicative, and explained to me the best ways to unpack and assemble the couch. I couldn't ask for a better delivery experience. I thought I had to do it all by myself, so I am so grateful for their help. Thank you so much, Jerry and Scott!!

Made it super easy! The delivery men, Dianel Reyes and Juan, were so great and did a quick job! Would definitely order from here again!
