Valyōu FurnitureReviews of valyoufurniture.com

Delivery was amazing, they delivered right to my apartment door. Couch set up was so so easy to do, my roommate and I got it down just the two of us. The couch is also AMAZING. Super comfy and soft. The only critic I have is that it is low to the ground. But other that that, overall great experience.

Amazing services and drivers were professional. The couch arrived on time and speedy service. Very comfortable, my home is complete now.

Wonderful customer service. Love this couch.

Im very satisfied with product and the customer service

Excellent communication from checkout to delivery. Our delivery was on time and seamless. Thank You Elliot and Gilbert for delivering our new sofa with care. Your attention to detail and professionalism is appreciated!

We had a great experience. The sectional is exactly as expected. It's a great product for a reasonable price. The color is beautiful, solid construction and the shipping boxes were solid. I'm glad to have found the product online.

I got the feathers sectional and it’s AMAZING! So comfortable you don’t wanna get up. The shipping advertised “ships within 2-5 days,” and it took about 10. At day 5 I started getting worried after reading some of the reviews here. I reached out several times and each time, ValYou customer service responded and assured eme the couch would be shipping too. The delivery driver Ryan was amazing and made sure to text me updates of his location. He got the couch into the house for my girlfriend as I wasn’t home and overall was very helpful. 10/10 would recommend this company

I love my new couch from Valyou!! It’s exactly as advertised and was shipped in a short amount of time. I also really want to shout out the two people who delivered my couch—Ralphy and John—they were awesome. I live on a bit of a busy street so they had to deal with a lot of cars trying to pass the truck while they carried in the big boxes and they handled it so professionally and quickly. Really grateful for both of them, they were incredibly kind!! Highly recommend Valyou.
