bought a feathers sectional, delivered on the exact date that was originally communicated. very comfy, only reason for 4 / 5 stars is my friend has the same couch and theirs is a little more cushioned than mine.

Overall great experience the shipping took two weeks which was pretty quick, the comms was different in terms of texting but I loved the product and would order more items from them.

We bought the coffee table. It was delayed three weeks than expected. The product is gorgeous. Delivery team is very professional. I would like to thank Cameron and Fabian for putting it in my living room. Excellent service.

Delivery took a few times to reschedule, but Anthony and Albery were amazing and friendly! The couch looks just as I pictured and it’s incredibly soft.

I ordered the Solid Wood Sectional and THEN noticed how many negative reviews there were outside of the company’s actual website so I was pretty convinced I just got scammed, but decided to keep my hopes up since it seemed like the negative ones were all for their “hot item” (the Feathers Couch) and it was mainly about major delays due to supply-chain issues. I actually started getting shipping updates and a delivery date a week later, shipping notifications via email and text a few days prior to delivery, ANOTHER text the day before to confirm they were coming, and a website that showed real-time delivery status on the actual delivery day. The website was nice because it told you where you are in line for their rounds that day (4th delivery of the day, etc.), a 4 hour shipment window of when they might arrive, and an actual ETA of their arrival. Then I got a call from their team stating they were ~20 min away, then another when they arrived. They were actually earlier than the ETA, which I’ll definitely take over being late or MIA. I am shocked at how communicative they were the whole time… especially after how low my bar was set. The couch itself is alright. Came pretty much fully assembled already- just had to screw the feet and sectional brackets on. Looks just like the picture, the pieces are real wood (not the cheap composite stuff everything is made of these days). My only issue is the cushioning is super stiff. Probably has as much give as a punching bag. Hopefully it breaks in, otherwise it’s still a nice looking piece. Very satisfied.

I began having a not so good experience with Valyou furniture. However, I was sent to an escalation manager due to not receiving my items & requesting a refund. The escalation manager was very truthful, very responsive and very detail oriented. She helped me stay calm during the waiting period of resolving my issue with Valyou. I would like to say the manager stayed to her word & resolved my issue within a day. However, if you order from this company do except for over 6 month wait or longer for items. Do not decide you want a refund because, it’ll be a headache. My issue is resolved there for I am giving them a 4 star & mainly the stars are for the escalation manager.
