Super helpful, very friendly guys helped move the couch inside. Called on their way and were on time.

Awesome delivery experience!

Both Elliot and Gilbert provided us elite customer service and seemed to truly care about providing great customer satisfaction with knowledge of their product they were delivering. Showed up earlier than expected and communicated throughout to let us know their arrival time. Great experience overall, could not be happier!

Bought the Charm bed in King size and am very happy with it. Bought it Wednesday and was delivered Friday! Great experience from moment I stepped in the door to the moment when it was delivered. Easy to put together and looks amazing!

We just bought our first condo and I went into ValYou Honolulu and Angela helped me choose and customize the light grey Chubby Sectional! They were initially out of the longer L shaped sectional I wanted, but Angela was able to recommend pieces an armless section with the 91” L shape and it worked flawlessly!!! She immediately scheduled my date for delivery and I was in and out of the store in 15 mins. On the day of delivery the drivers were right on time, friendly and SO HELPFUL by showing me how to easily attach the sectional together and even helped me load the 3 boxes into the elevator. I couldn’t ask for better customer service and the COUCH!!!! I will be in love until I die!!! It’s high-backed, deep and the most comfortable couch I have every day on. Worth every penny and comes with removable and washable covers & 4 matching pillows!!! Highly recommend for a great movie watching and napping couch and it looks gorgeous in the space. Thank you, Angela, and team at ValYou Hawaii Furniture for the centerpiece of our new condo! Many mahalos!

Dianel and Juan made my day when they delivered my new couch, I’m so happy ❤️ They arranged everything including the pillows on the couch and were super nice, it will them 10 minutes. It’s the best customer service. P.S. Dianel and Juan are also handsome, so you get extra for nothing)).. and can enjoy their beauty along the way (maybe in your service elevator too) 😄

Thank you to Scott and dorney for the quick reliable delivery to my home and accommodating as needed . They explained well how to construct the couch and efficiently got it into my living room.

5 star job! Juan & Daniel we’re very helpful
