Valyōu FurnitureReviews of valyoufurniture.com

We received our Feathers sectional w/chaise within a week of ordering it. Delivery was fast and efficient. We put it together ourselves - it took about 30 minutes from unpacking to setup and the sections go together easily. The sofa is exceptionally soft and fits our small living room perfectly. It makes relaxing in the living room a whole new experience. The sofa does sit low once you sink into it, but that's not an issue for us. The beige color is elegant.

The service from order to delivery was wonderful! Our delivery guys, Ryn and Jack, were extremely communicative, professional, very helpful, and made sure we were satisfied before they left. We will recommend their service to anyone we know!

Great quality, shipping times, and customer service. 10/10 recommend

Fantastic throughout the entire process! It was easy to contact customer service, and felt like a very personal experience. The delivery was incredible and one if the best experiences ive had in general ever. The delivery guy Ryn texted me to give me arrival updates, was able to deliver 12 hours early, AND offered to help us un pack and assemble our new couch. He was absolutely awesome and we lover every minute of it. The sofa is great. It’s extremely functional, user friendly and easy to move around. The peice we ordered ended up being a tad too big for our space and we were easily able to unlatch the single peice in the middle, take it out and re attach the other pieces to make a smaller peice. We use the single peiece in our guest room and looks great as a corner reading chair. If we ever want to make the piece bigger its SO easy to just clip in. Material is GREAT. Dog hair just wipes away with ease. Its soft and very comfy to sit and lay on. We love the couch and the service. 10/10 would recommend this company! We will be buying more soon!

Ryn was the best!!! He helped me unpack all the boxes, was very communicative the whole time about his ETA even the night before he told me his ETA. Usually you have a window that is a couple hours long and you have to wait which can be annoying, not with Ryn he was right on time to his eta that he told me which made it so helpful when planning my day. He was so friendly and nice. I could not have had a better experience with him. He helped me set up the couch and walked me through everything. 10/10 experience

Ordering and delivery went very smoothly. My delivery drivers Jerry and Jerome were awesome! It was just delivered today, so far I really like the sofa.

Great customer service, friendly sales rep in the store, awesome delivery timing, and very high quality furniture. Valyou has competitive pricing for such quality pieces. We are very happy with our new couch!

I bought the Valita sideboard and the Charm 2.0 bed from Valyou and am very happy with them. The quality of furniture is great and the prices are reasonable. The items were delivered quickly and communication throughout the process was great. The assembly was pretty straightforward and I like that they have video instructions on their site. I'm so glad I discovered this brand!
