Valyōu FurnitureReviews of valyoufurniture.com

AMAZING!!! Not only was the purchasing easy because the website gives you all of the dimensions so I was able to choose which Size was the best for my needs. Then the delivery guys, Cameron and Scott, put it together for me and they were super chill, nice, and EXTREMELY helpful. They were also really nice for letting me know that it would be in my best interest to keep the boxes for a while just in case because if you get rid of the boxes the couch becomes final sale. So I really appreciated their honesty. Also, they were really really fast! Zero complaints about the service and the couch! Very impressed!

This sofa and ottoman combo is super soft and spacious! Also, the delivery team was quick, efficient, and very pleasant. Excellent!

My recent experience with Valyou Furniture and their Charm 2.0 bed has been exceptionally satisfying. Despite skepticism due to some negative reviews, I found their delivery to be astoundingly prompt, arriving in just a week and a half. The company's communication was clear and timely, and their customer support team was nothing short of fantastic. The Charm 2.0 bed itself presents incredible value - it's as pleasing aesthetically as it is sturdy and well-crafted. Overcoming initial doubts, my journey with Valyou proved to be thoroughly pleasing. I am not only willing but eager to purchase from them again, given the impressive standard of their service and products. A high recommendation from a highly satisfied customer!

I had an amazing experience at this furniture store! The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the options without any pressure. When it came to delivery, the team was exceptional – punctual, courteous, and handled everything with care. I'm thrilled with my purchase and highly recommend this store for their top-notch service!

Excellent customer service from the Kapolei store. All the workers are kind, friendly, and very attentive! We are in love with the look and feel of our Apollo sofa. Would not hesitate and go back for more!

I highly recommend buying this couch! Looks great in my space and is so comfortable. Customer service is outstanding and delivery went smooth with no issues at all.

These couches are the absolute BEST! it’s exactly what I was looking for and the peace of mind that comes with being able to wash everything is amazing.

From the date I purchased the sofa to the point of delivery, Valyou’s team was excellent in communicating about any changes I requested along with delivering to two floor townhome without an elevator. It was my second time purchasing a couch online so I was a bit apprehensive. But, the reviews do not lie. My husband has been glued to the couch ever since. The chaise lounge( three seater couch) is absolutely comfortable and sofa itself is very easy to assemble and move. If you are looking for an affordable and comfortable sofa with a classic flair, Valyou should be on your radar.
