So I love the couch. I got the feathers sofa with a chaise. It’s so comfortable, it looks amazing, the seats are super deep, the fabric is soft. However, I do have to say that the estimated delivery got moved back multiple times. You should expect it to take an extra month. Also, I started calling their physical locations after it got moved back a couple of times and the customer support chat wasn’t giving me any answers. They connected me to customer support on the phone, and I yelled at them, and they gave me an expedited delivery. So if you’re currently waiting and delivery has already been pushed back multiple times, apparently yelling at people works to actually get your couch (I know, not the nicest method, but it worked). Did I wait a month longer than I should’ve to get my couch? Yes. But I do really really love the couch.

I got this modular sofa delivered and excited to use it. Besides for some scuff marks it looks nice. It’s great that you can wash them. The 2 delivery men- Cameron and Scott were very organized, quick, and very nice as they assembled everything and made sure I was happy.

Originally I ordered a mirror in Dec but it was never shipped. After a bit of effort, was able to rectify an issue to get the Feathers Ottoman instead. Once resolved, to my surprise, the ottoman was delivered quickly and even arrived a day early. Love the ottoman. Matches my feathers sofa. One star off due to issues with the original order. Cameron and Scott were EXCELLENT. Great communication, on time, and helped me with getting it to my apartment.

We received our Feathers sofa on Friday and absolutely love it! It so comfy that my husband and I just want to stay on it all day! We chose the beige and I am so hopeful that cleaning it will be as easy as advertised. Delivery took about 3 weeks, a little longer than we had hoped but it was worth the wait. My concerns and questions were always answered in a timely manner which was much appreciated. Ralphy and John delivered to our apartment and they were incredibly efficient and kind. Thanks Valyou!!

Ralphy & John were great they helped me bring up my couch. Only thing I wished they helped with was getting it out of the box and also getting rid of the boxes. But after getting it up 5 flights of stairs I guess I can't complain too much. Thank you guys for all your help.

Returned my feathers sofa because of the fabric, although it was very comfortable. Valyou was easy to work with on the return. Excellent pickup service from Cameron and Scott - 10/10. Very friendly and efficient.

The delivery run almost one hour late than estimated but it is ok for me, delivery guy named Elliot and his partner are all easy communicated and friendly for how to drop off the packages to my up floor. I ordered the L shape Feathers Sectional which work great for my living space, very comfortable and fell like sit in the clouds, love the beige color which matching out my living space!
