If there were zero stars that is what I would give them. Your right their customer service is responsive and will always get back to you, but they are scammers and liars. It took them 1 month to admit they didn't have my furniture I ordered after creating a shipping label and telling me it was on the way. Now I have been waiting for a refund on my credit card for an additional month and according to them for the last month "the refund is processed, continue to check your credit card' they have been saying that for one month now.. I am so disappointed, have paid interest on charge on card already. To lie to people like this, they must be horrible people or a scam company...... likely both..... DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, YOU WILL BE SCAMMED

Worst experience I have ever had. Purchased in January for an expected delivery date of March 27th. It kept changing from End of Feb to end of March, but it was never an official email, just what my order summary said. I reached out a few times asking which one was more likely, and was told March 27th. 2nd week in March rolls around, I check and my new delivery date would be JUNE OR JULY. I purchased this in January, remember. No emails, no communication..nothing. I reached out and asked to be assigned a case manager, which was also a waste of time. Absolutely lied to my face about when I was getting my couch. I was told by my rep, Ayen, that it would be delivered last week of April, 1st week of May. I actually got emails stating the couch was delivered to the warehouse and I should be expecting a call within a week to coordinate delivery. Last week of April is done and no call, so I reach out asking when I should expect the call. Then was told it was delayed, and my couch went to someone who ordered before me. So I was told I'd be getting my couch, only for it to go to someone they knew ordered before me? Why was I getting delivery emails? The company is literally scamming you for your money and lying about the couch. They don't want to admit how far behind they are because then people would cancel their order. So they don't say anything until your couch is supposed to arrive, but doesn't. Save your money, energy and TIME but buying somewhere else. There's a reason it's so cheap. It's a scam.

Ordered in December 2021. Order VFM31447. Similar to all other 1 star reviews I was initially estimated a late January delivery at purchase. Late january came and I was told early February, then late February, then mid March, then late April. Still nothing. No actual dates just guesstimating times of the month. I have heard nothing since the last update for delivery in late april. Ive sent multiple recent messages trying to get a new delivery “estimate” with no responses. It would seem a chargeback is my last option left given the issues other reviewers also have with refunds. Im trying to be patient and give this company a chance. Fully understanding global supply chain constraints. But their lack of knowledge on their own logistics and outsourced CS are making it really difficult to keep waiting. It is clear they have zero idea what they are doing, how to handle growth or navigate supply chain. They are taking money in and outsourcing CS for damage control with no seeming direction. I’m willing to update this review on all channels if I get the product I paid $2500 (5 months ago) this month, MAY 2022. This is the last month we’re allowing our patience to continue.

I ordered a "Feathers Sofa 4 seater in gray”, when I placed the order in January the expected in stock date advertised was mid-Feb. On Feb 17th I emailed customer service, I was not given any updates on the couch. The website had stated at the time of my email that the product was in stock with an estimated del date of Feb 19-22. I emailed to clarify when I would be receiving mine as I had not had any contact from customer service on the status of my order. When they responded they stated this was a mistake and that the item was not in stock, they told me that the in stock date had been moved to March 8th (I received this email Feb 19, and this was the first time I had been informed my order would not be arriving on time). I was told I would receive an update March 10. On March 8th, customer service emailed me to tell me that I had a new expected delivery date of April 4. And would provide me an update by April 6th. On March 25th I emailed asking if there was any updates with the status of my order. This was the response: "I checked your order and there are no advisory or any changes with the date I provided you which is still April 4th for us to receive the stocks with an estimated date of delivery between April 18th - April 27th the latest or earlier than that" On April 6th I received an email that they were unable to provide me an exact delivery date (even though in the previous email they had given me an expected delivery date range). And that they were expecting my order to arrive between late April or early May (ANOTHER PUSH BACK). On April 19th I reached out again asking for an update. I was given the same notice of early April to early May. I responded to say, well, it is late April - you don't have a more exact date of delivery? In my head - how do they not know the order will be much later than expected if they still can't give a more exact delivery date? I was told they couldn't give me an exact date and would reach out May 6th. Today April 29th I asked for an update and now they are saying sometime throughout May. How do they NOT KNOW that an order originally expected in February is not getting delivered until May?! They kept pushing it back 2-4 weeks at a time to keep my business. If I knew it was going to be late May I would have NEVER purchased this couch. They string customers along a few weeks at a time to keep their business. If you purchase a couch here expect to not get it for months (or maybe not at all, who knows, I still have not got my couch I ordered in January!) This is so infuriating. If I don’t receive the couch within the next few weeks I will be filing with my credit card company. I have filed with the BBB and will continue to pursue action for this absolutely unacceptable customer service.

I purchased the Feather Sectional on January 8th for my son and was given a February delivery date. As of today April 28th we still do not have an actual delivery date. Every time I call or email I get the same excuse that its coming but it never does. They have had my money since the beginning of January and my son still does not have his sectional. Terrible customer service!

I placed and paid for my order on 2/18/22 with a delivery window of April 11-24. This helped me make the decision to purchase the couch as I have a due date of May 14. On 3/27/22, I was told that my new delivery window was April 25- May 4. Understandably upset, I reached out to the company and was basically given many excuses and so many canned responses. On 04/23/22 I received another confirmation that my couch was to arrive "end of April to beginning of May". Because I have a very small house, I listed and sold my couch on craigslist to make room for the new couch. I ordered a couch with a chaise, as that is all my living room will accommodate in way of furniture. I figured a week of discomfort would be worth it. On 4/27/22 I received another canned, impersonal email that now my couch will not be delivered until the "end of May". I am livid. I have nowhere aside from dining room chairs to sit in my house and I have very little trust that my couch will even arrive then as this is the second time they have pushed back my date. At this point it is too late to get a refund and from all of the other reviews getting a refund is a whole separate ordeal, so I don't have the time to wait a month for a refund to have the money to try to find a new couch before giving birth in 2 weeks. I don't understand why they just weren't upfront and honest in the beginning when I could have made a different and informed decision about where to spend my money.

Do not buy from this company! They charge your card right away. They sent me damaged, returned merchandise. And would not refund money for another item that was never shipped.

I ordered my Feathers Sectional in December, and I have been the one who has to follow up consistently with the Valyōu team. I don’t understand why they keep selling this sectional if you cannot deliver 3 months after estimated. The current estimate seems to be when I will be receiving mine, instead of what you are estimating for new purchases. This is NOT FAIR. I have seen others get $50 off future purchases, which has not been offered to me, although I have been emailing the team since January. I have received NO CALLS from management, which is extremely disappointing. I am pregnant and about to have my FIRST BABY, which is why I ordered this sectional in DECEMBER. I expect to hear a response ASAP, or I will take my reviews to further websites..
