Update: Valyou customer service reps worked behind the scenes to expedite the delivery of my sofa. This was great because we weren't going to have one for my daughters birthday party if it came around the original timing. I received it yesterday and we really appreciate the assist from them getting it before that. previous post: I ordered a sofa in late November in 2023. the site said i would receive it in late January. Now in early February they said that it just arrived at the shipping facility and it will take another 3 weeks to send out. the item better be good because this is not an acceptable amount of time to wait for a sofa.

Overall great service - they were great at communicating the whole entire process!

We have bought feathers sectional in great and love it so far. Delivery was quick and product is as described.

Delivery was a little long, but the table is great and the delivery driver was very kind and helpful!

Edit: Updated my review to 4 stars from 3. I received the wrong items twice, and the delivery screwups were very frustrating. For the third delivery I requested daily reports on my order status and extra attention to ensure the line items were correct. It seems like the issues came from the delivery company that was used, not from Valyou. I'm leaving the review at 4 stars instead of 5 bc of the delivery issues. Old review: My half of a couch is very comfortable and looks nice (Feathers Sectional). Giving 3 star review because of the recurring delivery issues. I ordered a feathers sectional with chaise, and the first delivery attempt arrived with THREE right facing chaise pieces. I kept one and rejected the other two. Customer service was responsive and promised to send me the other half of my couch. I waited a full month, and the delivery finally arrived...with TWO MORE RIGHT FACING CHAISE pieces. I don't really understand how this keeps happening. Its clear and obvious these pieces dont form a full couch even in their boxes. They are wasting so much fuel and money shipping right chaises back and forth. Even the delivery receipts from the delivery subcontractor clearly listed the wrong parts. How did it make it all the way to my home without getting caught? Fix your warehouse/supply chain incompetence and you'll improve your profit margins by a lot.

HAD AN AMAZING experience with Dom and Shane the delivery drives. They were very patient with getting on the Air Force base, and was very professional while keeping good character. the delivery process was easy and didn't have any complications getting in the house, gave a great demonstra-tion. Thank you for a great experience.

I recently purchased a feather sofa set from Valyou. We ordered the item back in September, and it took a little over a month to be delivered. While there were some frustrating parts to the ordering process, their customer service was in fact very responsive. The couch did arrive and it was exactly what we ordered/wanted. Feedback: please be up front at time of purchase if item is not in stock, and please ensure that tracking links work! I am hesitant to order more in the future if this will always be the process each time.

Only giving 4 stars because of the pushed back delivery date. we waited a little over a month to get our feather sofa. However, once we got our tracking # it all went smoothly from there. Shoutout to Dianel & Juan, our delivery guys. They made the process so easy and smooth!
