Disappointed
Disappointed. Very disappointed. Like most others, we waited months and months to have our Feathers sectional delivered. Customer service did keep in touch, but all in all, it's a sign of the times: COVID supply chain disruptions, rushed quality control in almost everything these days.

The Feathers Sofa is one of our bestselling furniture and we have hundreds of actual photos from customers expressing how satisfied they are with what they received. You are right, the cushions need regular fluffing and they are naturally soft and cushy. Unlike a regular cushion, these type of cushions does not “bounce back” or return to its original form once it has been sat on. This property of the cushion gives it a more casual, less structured look. It will definitely change shape as it is used. It is natural; it is not a defect. To help prolong the life, comfort, and look of your cushions, our experts suggest fluffing your sofa/couch as often as possible. As for the other possible defects you have raised, our records show that we have been encouraging you to file a Warranty Claim so our Quality Experts can assess the problem.
