I am so happy with my couch it is so comfortable and cozy. I have a dog and what turned me onto this couch was the fact it was totally dog friendly and all the covers can be removed and washed! The customer service team was extremely communicative throughout the process of ordering up until it was in my house. I would give customer service and quality a 10 and recommend valyou furniture to all my family and friends.

Valyou is awesome. We came in to the LA showroom and Angel helped us through our process looking for a new couch (we went with the Feathers Sectional and the Dining Chairs). He gave us so much helpful info on everything we asked about and was so great. Ivan helped us buy our couch the following day and based off of these two employees alone I can tell how great this whole showroom/company is.
