SCAM COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE! Ordered couch said in stock and would be delivered on 9/16/22 and I would hear soon on delivery. 9/16/22 came and went no communication. I waited a few days and nothing. I reach out and get a vague response and I should hear from someone in a few days. I then get a call from some trucking company out of New Jersey, they have my couch and need to find a driver to NC, put me on hold, then say it will be delivered in 10-8-22. Evening of 10-8-22 I get a vague email saying the couch is still in transit once they receive they will contact me for delivery. No call to day (10/28/22.) However I am getting a ton of emails from Valyria Furniture asking to review my new couch (that I haven’t gotten) when go to review page it only allows positive feedback. I contact the company and let them know I have contacted my credit card company and BBB. “They hate to see me go” and can refund all but $700 because couch was shipped, but can’t provide proof. If you text you get a Russian porn star to assist and again is vague! Worst company and I will be getting a full refund!!! Check BBB out hundreds of complaints!!!!!!

EDIT: The only time I got a call from Valyou was yesterday to ask me to remove the review! they will never bother to reach out regarding your order in any way but all they're worried about is their PR. They’ll never deliver your order. Had to cancel mine and even with that they said they can only refund it as a store credit which is worthless to me since I don’t want to do any business with them. After letting them know I’m gonna start a dispute with my credit card company and even legal action they agreed to refund to my credit card. Don’t waste ur time.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! Save yourself the heartache and buy somewhere else. I ordered the feather couch for $2,000 in march. Waited 4 months for the couch to get delivered. Upon delivery the couch was completely different from what I ordered. The material and color was different from what’s on their website. (Couches on their website are not what the actually send you). The back couches were barely filled. This couch was HORRIBLE!! I got my couch in July, started the process to return/xchange/refund beginning of august. When I tell you I have had the worst experience in my life!!! These people lie, they never call you back. First they offered to send me the correct couch covers then they say it’ll take another 3 months. I refused. Then they offered to send me a new couch and I never heard back for another 3 weeks. I called every single day for a week to speak to a manager and I got nothing. I literally had to verbally fight this people on the phone because they refused to refund me. When the refund finally got approved they scheduled to have the couch picked up in September. It has been a month since the couch got picked up and I still don’t have my refund. One of the managers reached out to me asking if I can receive my refund via venmo!! (The absolute lack of professionalism is beyond me) I agreed to them venmo-ing my refund. It has been a week and still no refund. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

It is a SCAM!!! I ordered a bed in August 6th. The estimated shipping was on September 13th. I reached out to them in the middle of September and they said that my shipping is delayed and my bed will shipped better September 26th and October 3rd. As of today October 13th I have not received any shipping confirmation. I reached out to the customer service and received 2 deferred answers. The first person said your item was damaged during the shipping and they were planning to reach out to me. The second person said that they are out of the stock and they want me to change my order to get another item. I don’t need another bed. I need that specific bed. I asked for the refund and it took like 5-6 times to cancel my order and issue the refund. Every time they try to give me some discount and credits for next order. But, I want just my money back. So, finally they processed cancelation and said that refund will be in 1-2 business days. After 30 min they texted me and said that they will never give me money back and will just give me a credit. But I don’t need a credit if they don’t have available furniture. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Hopefully, I will get my money back. Update of my review - after arguing with customer service for hours and putting the depute on the transaction. The same day, They reached out to me again and said that they will process a refund. Guess what, next day after they saw my review here they called me because they saw my review here. They said AGAIN that they will refund me. I asked them “did you supposed to refund me yesterday? And where is the confirmation email?”. The person on the phone was very confused and said “yesterday we reached the limit of how much of the refunds we can process”. I was more than surprised, “what do you mean by limit?”. The person on the phone could not explain. And could not apologize for all this inconvenience. She also send me a confirmation email, which looks very scammish. Well, at this point I just have to see what will happen in next 3-5 business days.

HORRIBLE SCAM company. They take your money knowing full well that they can't deliver. I waited months for an item that never arrived. When I asked what is the status they couldn't give any indication of delivery date. I asked for a refund and they kept offering other options.....select another item, $100 credit, extended warranty, etc. It seems they have no intention of refunding my money but I will file a law suit and go after them. Really wish I had read all the terrible reviews before dealing with them. If you are reading this, do not make the same mistake!

I ordered a charm bed 2.0 in early Sept 2022 with an estimated ship date of Oct 17th, 2022. Hadn't heard anything from the company regarding delivery as of 10/12/2022, so I looked on their website which said the estimated delivery was now 10/19/22. I called to confirm the new delivery date and was directed to text the help number rather than stay on the line... weird but okay. I then texted the help number and did not hear back for over an hour after the customer service agent said to give them 10-20 minutes. When I finally got a text back I was told that the estimated delivery was not until 12/13/22. I sent them screenshots of both my original order email and their updated website delivery date, only to not hear back for over an hour again. When they finally replied claimed the bed was never scheduled for delivery earlier than 12/13/22... mind you, I sent the two screenshots from their company email and website that proved otherwise. I then did not hear back for over another hour, when I finally requested and received a call from customer service. The agent on the phone double down on the fact that the best was always scheduled for 12/13/22 and wasted more of my time offering me discounts and warranties before he finally let me submit an official cancelation request. This company and its customer service reps are frustrating and unprofessional, to say the least. Refund processing took an additional two weeks and several follow up emails and calls. I would not recommend this company.

Terrible company. Pushed out delivery from September to December and refused to issue a refund for anything other than store credit. Filed a chargeback through my credit card company. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Echoing what others have said, this company is a scam. Within a few months all of the zippers on our couch had completely broken, and after circling around with them through email for 6 months they refused to give us a discount or send us new ones. I could go into extreme details about how unprofessional, stupid, and conniving their customer service team is, but please just trust me on this one and avoid.
