If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The cushions in the couch were totally flat and slouched within 18mo. The hide behind the warranty because their products do not last more than 1year. They only offer videos on YouTube on how to restore cushions...ON AN 18 MO OLD COUCH. This item has two skinny people on it, no kids, no pets. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! It even has an F rating with Better Business Bureau. They are only interested in your money, after that have no interest in their reputation. I posted this previously on just Valyou as the business and they said they could not find an order. So here is the number, Order #VFM7676. The response I have gotten from Valyou is "Thank you for inspiring us to become better and better." However, they are making no attempt to make this situation better. We just have to eat thousands of dollars on this trash they are trying to sell as quality furniture. Please everyone, look at Better Business Bureau before doing business with these people. They do not care about the customer, only your money. They have horrible reviews and products. If they cared about the customer, they would have corrected this problem and stood behind their claimed quality product.

AVOID!!!!! If I could give a zero star I would. Waited forever for a chest to come in, far beyond the lead times listed on their website. It went from 4 weeks to almost 3 months and then they kept on delaying and delaying times as to when it would be delivered. We run a design business and when we asked to cancel, they allowed it HOWEVER.... then WOULD NOT CREDIT OUR CREDIT BACK!. This is ridiculous!

Be warned!!!!! Absolute scam! We purchased a couch from this company in Oct. They kept saying “shipping delayed” - finally they said the order was not going to ship. They won’t refund us! They said only option to receive our $1600 back is to dispute charge at bank. Since it’s been longer than 4 months, bank is refusing. Do not buy from this company. It’s a scam.

Have you ever wondered what it was like to spend $2000 and inquire about your purchase 5 times in 6 months just to be told stock will be available at the end of the month each time??? Well then look no further! Valyōu furniture is looking for an idiot like you to buy from them. Filled with generic customer service personnel names like Nikki, Joyce, Jayne, and Vince…they’ll do their best to make you feel like a Bozo no matter what your real name is :o) with zero timelines and complete obfuscation of their responsibilities they’ll make sure to let you know when you ask for a refund and to cancel your order, they can no longer do it because of a new credit processing system, so make sure you have your bank fraud claims department on speed dial. Best of luck to all you who get swindled by these vermin of the earth.

You’ll be sorry. Waited 6 months for a couch, got tired of waiting and contacting them a handful of times and each time they say, we’ll know more by the end of the month. No communication at all. Asked for a refund and they said they wouldn’t be able to because they have a different credit card processing company now. They will take your money!! And it’s funny they’re reaching out on Trust pilot asking for customers order numbers on here when they haven’t gotten one accurate date of arrival or any phone calls to their customers. What a slap in the face.

This is one of the most awful companies I have ever dealt with. Ordered a sectional couch in January of 2021 with an expected delivery in March. Anticipated delivery was coming only to get an email stating that my couch had an unexpected delay with a delivery date the following month. I continued to get monthly emails saying my order was about to ship, then only to be followed my another email stating there was yet another delay. Finally in October of 2022 I had had enough and cancelled my order. I was first given a “credit” in my Valyou wallet that I was never able to access. After several text messages and phone calls someone from Valyou agreed to send a refund check. That never showed up, however, that was only in my benefit. Talking to several other disappointed customers, some of them received a refund check only for it to bounce. Valyou claims up and down that their transaction platform changed and that they’re unable to refund the original payment. They have also told me that they were acquired by another company and they’ve pretty much have washed their hands of all these ripped off customers.

BUYER BEWARE Upon reading many reviews of Valyou Furniture and cross referencing them with my personal experience with the company, I noticed a consistent theme that the company appears to utilize to ensure that clients can never be refunded their money. For those that are just skimming through reviews, I can summarize Valyou’s business practice which they apparently deploy to deceive numerous customers. I also included my personal experience afterward: 1) Customer decides to either return received items or cancel items that are mysteriously taking too long to receive. 2) Valyou gives customers false hope that either their order is on the way or as in my case a refund check is on the way. All of this buys Valyou Furniture time so that the customer falls outside of the dispute window with their credit card company/bank. 3) The check never arrives (as in my case) and for those checks that do arrive as in other’s experiences, the check bounces and is invalid. (Valyou purposely sends out fake checks according to other customers) 4) Valyou informs the customer to dispute the charge with the bank, but too much time has elapsed between the course of steps 1-3. Now the customer cannot even successfully dispute the charge. 5) Valyou keeps the money even when in some cases, the ordered good was never delivered. I ordered furniture from Valyou on 12/27/21, and decided to return it shortly after receiving it, due to the furniture not being the quality expected. I followed all the return instructions to the dot. For whatever reason it took Valyou over 2 months to coordinate the pickup from when I notified them that I would like to return the furniture. When I sought a refund, I was put through a classic run around scheme: First, Valyou informed me that they cannot credit back to my credit card. After I refused the store credit, they offered to send me a check. On 8/16/22 Valyou emailed me that the check will arrive in 30 days. I never received the check and followed up in October 2022 to learn that they never sent the check out. They informed me that the check is a “new process” and they had to make sure they get it right. They told me to dispute the charge with my bank if I can no longer wait for the check. I contacted my bank and learned that the charge cannot be disputed, because too much time has elapsed from the date of original charge. (How convenient of Valyou to first give me false hope that I can be refunded via check, when in reality they just bought time so that I would fall outside of the dispute window and thus be unable to receive my money back). The fact that this company has the audacity to purposely send fake checks out to customers (for those that actually receive them) proves that they never intend to refund money. I have already submitted my complaint to the District Attorney of my state and preparing my own civil lawsuit against the company.

Fraudulent company who steals your money and is filled with false promises. DO NOT order ANYTHING from them. I currently have a small claims case with them to get all of my money back. They are also currently being investigated by a Hawaiian consumer protection agency. Hopefully they will be shut down soon. They have screwed hundreds of people by never delivering and upon canceling your order they tell you to dispute the charges with your bank because they are no longer working with the payment company they used upon purchase (that company pulled out and is also suing them). December 2021 I placed my order…😞
