VPS Does Right By Their Customers!!
I am giving ValuePetSupplies a 4 star because of my last experience. I ordered 400 cow ears which are normally quite large on average. This entire batch was MUCH smaller than normal. I would have rated a 1 this time but customer service was great and did what they could and went above and beyond to make up for my disappointment. And YES, you actually get to speak to a human being!!!! I have always been happy with ValePets products and even with this little glitch I am definitely going to continue ordering because they stand by their products & if there is a problem they do their best to make things right!
