Never received my order they don’t reply to emails or phone calls I have no joint tablets for my dog now I have to go somewhere else to buy them and I’m out of pocket , AVOID

I try to follow the mantra, "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all," but sometimes it's difficult. I hate having to babysit my own order. We moved a block over and they canceled my order because "the address was not the same." I'm suspicious that extra unwarranted caution was exercised because I have a clearly foreign name; however, I doubt whoever steals a credit card would use it to purchase dry pig ears. It just feels like the shipping department is run by not very bright people. Obviously I will not buy from them again.

Product was supposed to be large bully sticks they were very thin not worth the large Amt of money I paid bait and switch type of situation

My dog will not touch these sticks or treats. I spent a lot of money on them.

Your bully sticks aren't true bully sticks and my dogs did not like them. If they are not bully sticks then don't say they are.
