I ordered doggie diapers the diapers are not good quality some were defected I called spoke to customer service very accommodating sent me a new order received the order but unfortunately same problem diapers are defected once more will have to find a new company for my business. Sad customer. 🥺

I have ordered from VPS in the past, and once had a delivery not make it inside my gate (instructions on the order form are clear to put it inside the gate). That package was stolen, and they replaced it, no questions asked. THIS time, the message was that it had been delivered, and I went down to find no package. I immediately emailed VPS about it. But since VPS uses FEDEX, and FEDEX is notorious for delivering MY packages to my neighbor, I quickly went over to his place. There it was on the wall. From now on, I've requested that my packages come via UPS (I know the drivers by first name!). The response to my email was almost immediate, and there were several more communications where they first and foremost wanted me to have my order. Customer service is great!!
