Delivery was fast
Delivery was fast, however the delivery driver left the puppy pads at the bottom of my steps. The box got wet and was hard to unpack outside.

Past of my order was missing
Past of my order was missing. It took a long time to send a replacement. When it was sent it was delivered to the wrong address and we didn’t get it. Now you are out of stock on the item and can’t resend it. Bummer

Rawhide plain
We really like the product the plain rolled rawhide but they keep getting smaller. We hope you get the 7 to 8 inch back soon. We have to order the smaller ones and they are small and 10 inch are too big.

Change in absorption area dimensions.
The new pads are still as wide (11.4") as the tray for the Breeze system cat litter box. But the length is a bit more than 1 cm short: listed as 16.9". I measured and find those dimensions include the liner edging beyond the absorption pad. The pad's width of 9.5" is still a snug fit, but the length of 10.75" is short as noted above. Is this just with the lemon scent pads? Or what? I change the pads often enough that this is not usually an issue. Just a bit disconcerting.

Those are not the bullysticks I thought…
Those are not the bullysticks I thought ordered according to your pictures. The bullysticks in your picture had a solid middle and I received flat bullysticks or skins. My great dane and mastiff normally sit a few hrs chewing on bullysticks but these they scarfed in 20 seconds. Disappointing.
