We had previously ordered bubble mailers from this company twice without incident. We then needed large poly bags without the bubble. We made 2 orders on the same day. 1. reorder 100 bubble mailer and 2.order 200 larger poly mailers. The company gave both orders the same tracking number. They did not ship the bubble mailers. The box we received had 500 poly bag that were smaller and cheaper than what we ordered and only a few poly bags the correct size at the top. They sent us a Paypal bill for receiving extra poly mailers and refused to mail the bubble mailers that were not shipped. They tried to force us to pay for envelopes we did not order. They refused to send a return shipping label for us to return the small poly envelopes that were received in error. They accused us of trying to send them envelopes from another company. The box clearly has the quantity of bags, size of bags and their website address on the outside. If you cannot find what you need and feel like you have to play Russian roulette with this company, do it on Amazon where you can get your money back without having to wait a long time or go through tremendous hassle if they make a mistake with your order.

This company will wait over 2 weeks to ship your order and send the wrong size only to call you a liar among other insults when you contact them to fix their mistake. Sent pictures and proof of wrong items received but this company has absolutely no concern for your problem once you have paid them. They will either choose to ignore you at first & then rudely insult you and try to blame you for their mistakes. Horrible experience!

Something that was their fault, I called them out on their description that led me to purchase the wrong product. Told me I was "stupid" and "idiot" and I never retaliated, I just pointed out the mistake in their listing.

The troubles started with receiving the order from Valuemailers.com. Our order took over 2 weeks to get to us and after calling the company they just told us that it was on its way and they couldn't help us. When we did get the mailers we started sending out our shipments only to find that the glue was insufficient to seal up the envelope. Some envelopes only had a few dots of glue and we have had to spend more money on tape and time to seal them up. We sent out a lot of orders before we realized how bad the problem was and then we started receiving calls from clients that received envelopes with nothing in them, the envelope had opened and the contents fell out. If you are worried about your customers or your bottom line BUY YOUR SHIPPING SUPPLIES SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I ordered XL shipping labels and I never received my product after a couple months. Their sales representative tried to tell me that I could not receive a refund on this order because it was past 60 days! I NEVER RECEIVED MY PRODUCTS! Long story short Valuemailers put my businesses name in the shipping info which caused the products to be shipped back. Their system put my business's name on top of a residential address. At the end of everything I ended up paying shipping for a product I never received. I WILL NEVER USE VALUEMAILERS.COM AGAIN & I HIGHLY ADVISE YOU STAY AWAY FROM THEIR GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have been a customer for several years and never had a problem or had to return anything. For the first time, I was sent something that wasn't as described on the web site. It was only a $12 item. I contacted them via email and received the most incredibly rude and uncooperative series of replies that a human could imagine. When I called, it was more of the same. I will never give them my business again and I urge you to do some research before giving them yours.
