Unable to reestablish autopay due to returned bimonthly check. Was charged $20 for insufficient funds … note that our Bank of America accounts hand been compromised so accounts were locked until we could establish new accounts. Am payed up to September 1st so makes no sense to me to be charged $20. Look at our payment history. Was on the phone with Customer Service for more than 45 minutes trying to set up autopay; she suggested maybe I should make another payment which I did, now paid up through October 1st. Tried again today to setup autopay … no luck. Not an enjoyable experience at all.

Phone calls went returned in a timely manner. Salesperson promised items that were not delivered. Each day something new was requested of us. A list of items should have been provided, not piece by piece each day

Account set up was fine. I changed from my work to personal email because I'm retiring but am still getting emails to my work email.
