Guadalupe, always kept me informed. When I called with questions she always got back to me. She made the process les stressful.

Burning my house down for the insurance money would have been better than trusting Valon. All I wanted to do was refinance my existing Valon Mortgage to free up some cash. Valon made it a nightmare. The underwriters missed their calling as proctologists. They put me through a forensic-level audit over two long months with no results and no end in sight. I pulled the application. SAVE YOUR TIME AND SANITY. AVOID VALON MORTGAGE.

Easy, expedient and efficient.

Had a very simple question. Do I qualify to receive an escrow waiver. I have to wait 6-7 business days? Of which I’ve waited 8 with no response and no way to get through your system to speak with anyone either.

Mortgage just transfered from Mr Cooper. Valon already has my escrow incorrect as well as my due date for next payment. Trying to get someone to help with this issue is next to impossible. Their "chat" feature makes you text with a chat bot first, then says they will transfer you to a live person, and no one gets on chat. They email you standard answers not specific to your issues. Hate this so far. Hopefully they fix their issue and resolve mine.
