The process to get on my desired weight…
The process to get on my desired weight loss medication was made extremely easy by Valhalla Vitality. From the initial consultation to having my medication delivered to my door. The pricing was very good and response time to question was excellent. Reordering is a breeze and meds come even quicker than they say. I have been on this medication for about 6 months now and have lost 55 pounds. That was never going to happen on my own. Valhalla Vitality and their meds have changed my life.

Getting a response from provider was…
Getting a response from provider was slow after labs were sent in, the call for consultation was almost 20 minutes late. My prescription never got sent in the 1st 10 days, had to resend. Still waiting for one prescription. As a provider myself, not very impressed. I understand things can happen, hopefully future interactions go smoother.

Again my order has been messed up
Again, for the second time one of three orders was not complete. Only 1 of B12's was filled. When I reached out to customer service, the answer was oops one was missed, it happens.

AI customer service is just not there…
AI customer service is just not there yet. Our last order was damaged when delivered. Sent pics of broken vial and still have not heard back from anyone. This was several weeks ago.
