Part 2...... If you notice that you've gained weight back while using GLP -1/GIP 75MG its because its in a 5mL vial not a 3mL vial. The formulation is different and you are injecting less solution for almost the same price as the 3mL vials. The " clinicians " wont tell you that. They'll tell you something different or they'll tell you to inject at a different time or twice a week. I've spent more money on my last order then with any of my other orders and received 40% less of the actual concentration. Peptide calculators exist for a reason. ChatGPT and research exsist for a reason. Preexisting customers should have the option to order 3mL because their bodies are use to that formulation. I can also attest that we aren't spending money to regain the weight we worked so hard to lose back. Valhalla Vitality is going to say they haven't changed anything however I have screenshots of my previous orders, vial labels, along with the email correspondence and support communications relating to this matter. After being a customer since May 2025, I am disappointed that this situation has not been resolved. I had invested significant money in my treatment and chose to remain with Valhalla Vitality because I trusted the company and its products. Unfortunately, the financial loss, approaching expiration dates, unresolved concerns, and lack of effective customer support have led me to take my business elsewhere. I will also take the customers I referred to Valhalla with me. I hope Valhalla Vitality takes customer concerns about formulation changes, product quantities, expiration dates, and communication seriously. Customers deserve clear information about what they are purchasing and meaningful assistance when a problem arises.

I ordered my products over a month ago. And due to internal disorganization and shipping issues, I still don't have my product. I would not order from this company ever again.

Was told the antidote for trimix would be included on the first order. I was never taught how to use and never consulted with a physician.

I didn’t want to hear the name of this company for a long time after what happened, but I think people should know about my experience with them. I had purchased tirzepatide from them before without issues. Then one of my orders arrived from a different pharmacy than usual, and it was also delayed. From the very first injection, something felt completely wrong. It was EXTREMELY painful. I could feel it burning under my skin as I injected it. After having done these injections many times before, I had never experienced anything remotely similar. At first, I thought maybe the medication was too cold, so I waited longer before the next injection and made sure that wasn’t the issue. Same thing. It burned terribly again. I still completed the injection because I honestly thought maybe I was just being sensitive. I regret that. I ended up having a horrible injection-site reaction, with large red marks across my stomach. Those areas later became dark marks, and about a YEAR later, I still have visible permanent marks/scarring on my stomach from those injections. On top of that, the medication did not seem to be working for me the way my previous tirzepatide had. Despite being on a high dose, within about two weeks I became extremely hungry and started experiencing rebound symptoms. This was completely different from how I had been responding to treatment before receiving this particular product. I contacted the company and spoke with them on the phone. During that conversation, I was told they would send me a replacement product. The replacement NEVER came. Meanwhile, my treatment was being completely disrupted. When I contacted them again, I was then told they would NOT send the replacement. They also told me they were no longer doing business with the pharmacy that had supplied my medication… ok but now? That made the entire situation even more concerning to me. So, from my perspective: I paid for medication that caused a severe reaction, I still have marks on my body a year later, my treatment was interrupted, I had to throw the remaining product away, and I never received the replacement I had been promised over the phone. I eventually had to rush to another clinic just so I could continue my treatment. Unfortunately, I gave this company another chance later because my earlier experiences with them had been fine and I still had a membership. My new clinic didn’t offer NAD+ and glutathione, so I decided to order those here. Shame on me for giving them another chance. This time, my product never arrived. I contacted them again, and the response made me feel like they simply couldn’t care less. They were great when I first started using them. My experience later became completely different. After everything that happened, I personally would never trust them with something I’m putting into my body again. When you’re selling injectable products, quality control, pharmacy selection, communication, and taking adverse reactions seriously should be the bare minimum. Do NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! I received a vial of compounded tirzepatide in June 2026, i opened the vial and injected my first dose, within 5 mins i was instantly ill with nausea and vomiting. I have been on a glp1 for 2 years now and experienced ZERO side effects. I notified them of this reaction, was told that vial was actually recalled. I WAS never notified of the recall. I have been attempting now for 2 weeks to get answers as to why was i not notified and what was in the vial. I experienced significant illness to include severe allodynia….painful skin. Email after email has been sent to them requesting information, today their response was “ I apologize for for the delay in responding and your previous email left unattended, i see a new vial was sent out to you, is there anything else we can assist you with”…yes you can help me…what about ANSWERS!! do not do not do not use this company

Have been trying to cancel my subscription to the service.Sent emails mo response.called two different numbers left on hold waiting.I would avoid this company their customers service is terrible.

Three months a customer. First two orders, no problem. Third order, cc charged but no product. 12 days later, prescription is now out, feeling the effects and still no product. Emailed and called customer service and have not heard from anyone. If you are looking for a health service that puts patients first, this service is NOT it.

Valhalla Vitality is the most unreliable telehealth clinic I have ever dealt with. I have had over 10 (documented) orders severely delayed, with some sitting over 30 days before even being sent to the pharmacy. Same excuses every time, zero accountability, and horrible customer service. Even after the "website refresh", this company is disorganized, inconsistent, and completely unreliable. I would not recommend Valhalla Vitality to anyone.
