Is this COMPANY legit?
Had a telephone consultation yesterday and it was positive and informative. I was approved for some Wellness Therapy products but was unable to gain access to purchase any products. I texted all phone numbers affiliated with company and each response was to text another one of their numbers. I paid $89 dollars for the consultation. I could have talked to a complete stranger on Facebook for free.

Started out with my first order great
Started out with my first order great, within 8 weeks I had lost 25lbs. I was feeling very optimistic. Then second order on Oct 1st, received notification that the Oct 7th, the pharmacy stopped filling orders, and they sent to another pharmacy. Oct 10th I was informed that that they no longer filled for Valhalla. I confirmed that I still wanted my prescription and not a refund. I have been told that it had been resent but still not received any updates. I am frustrated as I have not had any medications for over 2 weeks. I hope that they can get this figured out and get my meds soon and hopefully no issues with further orders. Trizepitide 60mg

No Tracking - frustrating customer service
Was told by company I would get a tracking number once medicine shipped. No tracking number ever came. When I brought forward concern they told me the medicine that says refrigerate that comes packed on ice was ok to be warm. This is contrary to everything I have been told (even by them). Customer service…you have to text.

Customer Support after purchase
During a recent order renewal, there was an issue with our local pharmacy that made continuing the treatment wildly cost prohibitive. Working with the customer support team, they were able to cancel / refund that order and worked with us to go through a different pharmacy. While all communication was done through chat, the responses were incredibly quick and we were able to work it out on the same day the issue was identified. Thanks!

Competitive pricing
Competitive pricing; efficient; ease of ordering; ease of delivery. Valhalla has been great. I started in April 2024. Once I had my consult, the prescription was written and I placed my order. Valhalla sourced the pharmacy, and I have continued to receive deliveries directly from the pharmacies. It's been a fantastic experience. Customer service has promptly responded to my questions (because depending on the pharmacy used, the dosing could be confusing), and it's overall just been great.

New to product
I have only been using this product for three weeks. So far so good. Super easy to sign up everyone is nice and very helpful. The website is user friendly so far my experience has been great and I look forward to what's to come

Great customer service
Ordered for the first time from them about a week ago. They let you know it’ll be 6-10 days for the pharmacy to ship it out so make sure to order with plenty of time to get the meds to arrive. I had a few questions in regards to dosing and was able to schedule an appt same day to chat with someone. What is great about them is that they also have a number you can text and reach out to customer service if you have any non medical questions as well. I would definitely recommend them for all your holistic health needs!
