good products and awful customer service
takes forever to get a hold of their support. And when you do it's only via email or text. They don't even respond to all of their messages. They should have a call line to answer calls during the work days. Awful customer service

Valhalla Vitality offered me a service when I thought I was out of options. The website was user-friendly, the scheduling of the consultation was easy and all my questions were answered. Customer service has replied to my text, or emails in a timely manner with friendly and professional attitudes.

Valhalla has been amazing!! Walked me through each step of the way. I had my own personal representative that would text me answers or find out if she didn’t know. Extremely happy with their professional service and great products!

I can’t say anything good.
I can’t say anything good.. Not yet received My order and for what you pay you would think it would be here faster. Then you guy shipped it to new you’re when I tracked my package. So far not very good service.

I have been trying to reach someone…
I have been trying to reach someone because i ordered 2 month supply but my prescription was only entered as 1 month. The doctor I spoke with wanted to see how this medication is working but I have no follow up appointment and I don’t know how to set that up
