To start I think the business should request for feedback at least 20 days from the date of being a customer. The closest constellation was a week after my purchase, same day I placed my order and did not hear anything for 8 days when fedex label was created. Received item next day. So 10 day from order and 16 day end to end. I got two reminder to give feedback but I held back cause this is not under Valhalla control. I do advise they contact the vendor about shipping with decent icepack. It was basically room temp. I had to rush it to fridge. Overall I would give Valhalla 10/10 they communicate to the phermacy right away and the phermacy prepared and shipped it in good speed. Just need to be a bit patient.

My experience was quick and easy!!

Had to book a consultation over a week out and the shipping timeline takes 7-10 business days. Just a super slow process, haven’t been able to start my regimen, but still looking forward to it.

Shipping was a decent 7 days. Process was pretty painless!
