Warning- do not buy. Below this company will say they resolved the issues. This is a lie. They sent me a horribly made piece of crap for over $240. I would not spend $20 on this lamp it is so badly made. I agree with several reviews that suggest the company appears to be posting fake positive reviews. Do not order from them. The lamp took nearly 4 months to arrive, I had zero notification that it would take so long, and when I tried to cancel it multiple times they told me I could not. When it arrived it finally arrived it was obviously very poor quality and the style LOOKS like a cheap knock off, so I tried to return it but they refuse to pay shipping costs. I escalated the issue through Paypal, and Paypal decided in my favor, but could not force the company to pay shipping. I think this company is running a scam. Do not order. They give the appearance of a US based office, but the number does not work. When you try to return something to China, the address they provide does not exist with most carriers in the US, and I got one quote from Fed Ex that it would cost $330 to return to the city they gave me for a return address. I think this company is pre-shipping low quality lamps in bulk via super slow freight, then charging a ton of money for “designer knock offs” that cannot be returned. Do not buy.

I paid for my lamp in September and I am yet to receive it. The company's emails are polite but my lamp is still missing. Reply to company's reply: Like I stated earlier we have been in contact via email, old and new, with the same outcome. You keep asking me to be patient . . . 1/2022 - No lamp.

Very obvious that the seller is posting a bunch of phony reviews. This site is a scam. Do not purchase

I was skeptical when ordering.. but the chandelier showed up and it’s perfect. It looks just as I hoped it would. I had contacted them several times to track the shipment (it was stuck in the LA port) and they responded quickly every time with helpful answers. Hoping to order more lighting from them!

Awful experience. Ordered the fake vertigo light, still expensive though. Looked very cheap and was faulty - loose ribbons. The response from customer service was that they send me some glue to fix it!! Not what you want for a £300 light fitting. They said it wasn’t faulty so refused to pay the return delivery charge. After much back and forth over whether a loose ribbon and offering to send glue meant it was faulty I gave up and paid £60 to return it to China. Avoid this company. I would never use them again.

1000% A SCAM!!!!!! All of the positive reviews on this site are obviously faked by the "company". I ordered an item back on October 4th and it has yet to arrive. The tracking given is fake and the company website is no longer active. They recently created a new website, not vakkerlighting.com, but vakerlight.com. RUN!!!!!!!!!!!

SCAM. They have since changed their domain to vakkerlight.com and their email to info @ vakkerlight.com, I suspect due to legal trouble for selling falsified Noguchi lamps. I purchased an "Akari Series Floor Lamp" from them at what would have only been a $170 discount from an authentic seller. When it arrived, 4 months later, it was clearly a fake. They offered a full return but want me to pay full shipping back to China. In the past several days they have posted a disclaimer on their now lower priced version of the Akari lamp that it is in fact a copy, but "looks 100% authentic." This was not information given to me when I purchased the item. Stay away from this site unless you are explicitly looking for cheap knock-offs that arent so cheap.

I ordered lamps in the middle of November. It’s December and although it said the lamp shipped, I didn’t receive anything. The tracking code is fake. Tried to send an email to their support. Bounced back. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW
