Vakkerlighting is a Scam
I ordered 4 lights and after 2 mths of waiting, I received the lights. Only to find them damaged, cheap and not adaptable to US wiring. Inquired about a refund per their refund/return policy and was told without an authorization they would not accept the returned lights. They only offered me replacements. In requesting the refund, I understood that I was responsible for the return shipping fees. They said that was not an option as I would need to ship them to China, even though they state they’re located in MD. I then tried to dispute this with my credit card and are going through that painstaking process. DO NOT purchase anything from Vakkerlighting.
