Dear Joel, Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize that our return process did not meet your expectations. We value every customer's voice and would like to look into your case further—could you please provide your Order Number? We would like to clarify that we do accept normal returns. However, because shipping a single fixture back to our global inspection center involves very high international shipping costs and a significant carbon footprint, we typically suggest alternative solutions for products without quality issues. Our goal with the "goodwill credit" is to provide a faster, more eco-friendly, and cost-effective way for our customers to recoup their funds without the hassle of international logistics. We regret that you felt the service was unsatisfactory, and once we have your order details, we will review our communication to see how we can improve. Best regards, Miya Vakkerlight Management Team

Dear Morgan, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely regret that our shipping timeline did not meet your expectations, and we apologize for the frustration this has caused. We would like to clarify that for this order, the Standard Shipping (4-6 weeks) option was selected at checkout. Our records show the item was shipped on March 31st and is currently proceeding within the promised timeframe. As a global manufacturer, we ship directly from our production facility to offer high-end designs at factory-direct prices, and we aim to be transparent about these lead times on our product pages and shipping policy. We respect your decision to initiate a chargeback and are cooperating fully with your bank’s investigation to ensure a fair resolution. Since the package is already in transit, you may simply refuse the delivery if you no longer wish to receive the lamp. We wish you the very best with your project. Best regards, Miya Vakkerlight Management Team
