Dear Michael, Thank you very much for your review and for recognizing our team's prompt responsiveness and commitment to business transparency. Your constructive feedback has been invaluable in helping us improve our website's product labels so that warehouse locations and fulfillment timeframes are completely clear to every customer. As a reminder for your upcoming project, we physically maintain a dedicated selection of fixtures in our US warehouse for 7–10 day express delivery (accessible directly via our "U.S. In-Stock Collection"): https://vakkerlight.com/collections/in-stock-in-the-u-s . While non-US stocked items ship directly from our main manufacturing facilities in Asia (not shipped from Hong Kong). We truly appreciate your trust and look forward to assisting you with your two-house project! If you ever need anything else, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team directly. Dear Tracey, Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention, and please accept our sincere apologies for the frustration caused during your experience with your order. We completely understand your disappointment regarding the shipping timeframe and the misunderstanding surrounding international vs. domestic returns. As a team that values high standards of customer care and craftsmanship, we take your feedback as a professional designer very seriously. Receiving automated-sounding responses from multiple representatives is certainly not the standard of service we strive to deliver. We have reached out directly to your email with a dedicated support manager to take full responsibility and provide an immediate, fair resolution. We deeply value your input, which is helping us actively refine our team training and website policies to ensure greater clarity for all our clients. Our management team remains at your full disposal to complete your preferred resolution as quickly as possible. Please feel free to reply directly to our latest email so we can finalize this for you today. Sincerely, Lily Customer Support Manager Vakkerlight Lighting

Dear Jorge, Thank you for leaving us a review! We’re very glad to hear that you love the quality of your lights, but we sincerely apologize for the long 2-month shipping time and the lack of proactive tracking updates during the wait. We completely understand how frustrating it is to wait without sufficient updates, especially for an order you were looking forward to. We are currently working closely with our logistics team to optimize both our shipping timelines and our automated tracking update system to ensure clearer, more frequent notifications for all future orders. If there is anything else we can assist you with regarding your order or installation, please feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected] with your order details. Thank you again for your candid feedback—it helps us improve! Best regards, Miya The Vakkerlight Team

Dear Cameron, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We sincerely regret to hear that your experience with the Rectangular Outdoor Wall Lights did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that your order was shipped via our complimentary Standard Shipping（4-6 weeks） option, and delivery was completed within the estimated shipping window. Every fixture in our catalog undergoes strict quality assurance and multi-point inspections in our workshop to ensure it meets high manufacturing and weather-resistance standards prior to dispatch. However, your total satisfaction is our top priority, and we deeply care about your experience. Our customer service manager has already reached out to you directly via email with a resolution. Please kindly check your email inbox so we can assist you further and ensure everything is resolved to your satisfaction. Best regards, Aletta Vakkerlight Customer Service Team
