This is necessary because we begin paying cloud providers during this time to ensure a smooth experience once your session begins. That said, we completely understand how frustrating it must have been not to be able to connect. There are several factors that can affect cloud computer performance, such as internet connection stability and server availability. Hello, We’re sorry for any confusion and appreciate your feedback. To clarify, we haven’t offered a free trial on our website since the day one. We provide a 7-day trial for only $0.99, which includes 1 hour of usage on our Planet performance option. Regarding your cloud computer, it is only deleted after one week if you don’t subscribe to a monthly plan. We allow a one-week period for users to decide whether they want to continue.
