I've been a member for only a week now…
I've been a member for only a week now and my clients and I have experienced nothing but stress relief as all of our sessions are easily scheduled by myself or them, tracked & viewed by myself or the client, and so much more. As someone who tracked everything in regard to client sessions, billing, and more within Google Sheets, this has been a life and time saver. For any questions I've had, support has been quick to reply to and do so in a professional manner! So far, the tutorials have been great and have allowed me to feel confident in all areas. Super excited for the continued growth and opportunities while using Vagaro.

New to Vagaro
I am very new to Vagaro and have moved from another online booking system. The experience I have had from a sales call to onboarding has been faultless. They have imported my client list and appointment types so I was able to start using without any input. The product is so easy to navigate and I have had such a great transition. I would highly recommend this product to anyone. Special mention to Liam whose help and support was so professional and nothing was too much trouble.

User Friendly
I am almost always able to view who will be in my classes, days before the scheduled time. It is a fast program to operate and the parents who sign their kids in seem to have no problem! I recommend this platform to anyone who needs to view their classes! don't think it gets easier then this!

Loving all the features. Some of them should be included instead of being an additional charge but overall my favorite booking software.

I'm having the same problem as Tara
I'm having the same problem as Tara. I just want to CANCEL my free trial month NOW! I've tried everything they suggest. I go onto the account and click cancel. Then it says I have a business account and I need to cancel that first. I got onto the chat which gave me a link to the business account but after I'd clicked onto it I couldn't find anywhere to cancel it. So I went to continue the chat and it's disappeared! I'll be fuming if they start changing me. Does anyone know how I can cancel it? I've also sent an email to tell them to cancel it but no joy there either. They tell me as the account holder I am the only one who can cancel it!!! Talk about going round in circles. Any advice anyone?

I have been using Vagaro since March 2022.
I have been using Vagaro since March 2022, and I have been enjoying it. I have used other massage sites and Vagaro is user friendly. All of my clients have said it's user friendly on their end as well. I like how I was able to link my schedule to my website so clients can book online. My clients all love the multiple reminders, the ease on scheduling appointments and buying gift certificates. Vagaro has everything that I need to run and organize my business, from taxes to client forms. I like how I have an option to send out forms to my clients to have them fill out before they come in. This has been a wonderful tool. I have never had an issue with them and if I ever need help or have questions, they have been willing to help me.
