The representatives are very nice and understanding. They are very comprehensive.

Tim was very helpful and got me a great price on the flight that we wanted for our vacation! He did an excellent job explaining the process with me and was very patient! Now, I can always book with Tim and he will assist me and save us money!

George guided me through the entire process, got me a wheelchair and locked in my seat assignments. I haven’t flown in 30 years so George walked me through it all and made it painless. United is great!

Very patient

Shelly was very helpful in correcting mistakes that occurred. She gets 5 🌟 not happy about being over charged 602.00 ex paying 889.20 for a 287.20 flight or the constant back and forth with airlines and agency just to get confomation # or ticket info straightened out very stressful but everything is taken care of so I'm 5 🌟 happy now anyway.

I ve been so lucky one of most expert agent’s Ms. Hazel helped Me, I trusted her, she is the best.

Mac Lopez is a very good helper with me in my reservation of my tickets of airplane and he is very efficient and very attentive with me. I am very satisfy with him.

I was extremely pleased with the service provided by both Bryan and Shelly. They were super professional and totally patient and pleasant. I made a nistake booking the wrong return date and Shelly was extremely helpful in correcting my mistake after the initial reservation was confirmed. I highly recommend using this conpany for flight reservations. They should be very proud of their employees, Bryan and Shelly. Thank you!
